Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You'll see a friendly prompt to upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted. You simply can't create new surveys or collect new responses past the limit until you upgrade.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is your trial — use it as long as you like. When you're ready for more, upgrade to Pro or Enterprise. No credit card required to start.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly or yearly (save ~17% with yearly). You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer custom enterprise deals?
